Coming Home to Your Heart: Finding Coherence & Harmony Retreat

This 3-hour journey into the heart combines proven tools and insights to allow you the space for heart activation, healing, expansion, growth and deep self-care.

This retreat is designed to help you press pause for a part of your day, the pressures, the challenges, the tasks, the chores, the deadlines, work, the
online scrolling, external noise and everything and everyone else that takes your time and energy.
The space has been curated to meet you where you are – to allow you the precious time for stillness, gratitude, awareness, connection, mindfulness, love, and inner peace to fully activate your beautiful heart and make it magnetic.
The 3-hour retreat will be for the entire group and included in the cost. You do have the option to upgrade and experience other services of the wellness facilities before the event to enhance your journey and for a greater activation of all your senses. Please speak to the team to see what other enhancements you would like to try before the retreat begins sharp at 11:00am.
Your Guide & Host
Arzu Dogan, Author of Follow Your Heart: Live, Eat, Be; left her legal and business careers behind when illness struck and has been following a more spiritual and wellbeing path ever since, connecting to her heart and teaching through the writings in her book and embodiment. She is passionate about empowering women through mindfulness, affirmations, heart-brain coherence, guided meditations, speaking, workshops and women’s retreats.

Arzu specialises in designing and facilitating women’s wellness retreats that offer deep rest, rejuvenation, reflection and personal growth with an emphasis on how doing the inner work can really bring you to a place of personal growth, harmony, happiness, health and balance.
Life, family, work – is busy; but as women it’s important to know that you can come back into your heart and nurture it as a way of self-regulation. Sometimes we all need a reminder and that’s what Arzu’s vision for sharing her work and guiding women to connect into their hearts movement and community is all about. Creating space, teaching through somatic expression, embodiment, her book – it’s how she stays anchored and on purpose and wants deeply to teach you to be in tune with your heart more too. Her mini retreats will be a regular event with different themes each time. We welcome her to the Trinity Curated Wellness community.
