These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Trinity Curated Wellness. By accessing our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Services and bookings

·       Service offerings: Trinity Curated Wellness provides wellness services including group classes, hot-cold therapy, LED sessions, and personalised consultations with our expert team. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website, and we reserve the right to update or modify services at any time without notice.

·       Booking policy: Bookings for all services must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. If there are any changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

·       Cancellation policy: We understand that plans may change. Outlined below are details of our cancellation policy.

·       Cancellation of group classes, hot-cold therapy or LED sessions by participant: Any single session cancellation made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session will not incur any penalty, and the session may be rescheduled. If a participant fails to cancel or reschedule a single session within 12 hours of the scheduled session start time, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

·       Cancellation of specialised appointments: For specialised appointments such as medical consults, kinesiology, reiki, massage, facials, health coaching or personal training with any health professionals at TCW, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.

 3. Pricing and payments

·       Pricing: All prices for our services and products are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in AUD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

·       Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen method. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refunds and returns

·       Services: Refunds for cancelled services will be issued according to our cancellation policy. Refunds for package or membership purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms of the specific package.

·       Products: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any products bought from Trinity Curated Wellness, you may return them within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Some items, such as personal care or skincare products, may be non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

5. Health and safety

·       Client responsibility: You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medical treatments to us before participating in any wellness activities. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in any of our services, particularly those involving physical activity or treatments.

·       Waiver of liability: By participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that certain wellness activities involve inherent risks. Trinity Curated Wellness is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Memberships and packages

Trinity Curated Wellness offers various membership and package options for ongoing wellness and self-care. Memberships are governed by the specific terms associated with each package, and you are responsible for reviewing and understanding the details before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Trinity Curated Wellness website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trinity Curated Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Code of conduct

At Trinity Curated Wellness, we are dedicated to fostering a respectful and inclusive space for everyone. We honour all bodies—regardless of shape, size, colour, or ability—and we expect the same level of respect from all our patrons and staff. By attending our space, you agree to uphold this commitment, treating every person with dignity and care. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour, whether verbal or physical, will result in immediate removal from the premises. 

Consent and respect are at the core of what we do, and no one should ever be touched without their clear, expressed permission. We also have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or sexual behavior. Any such actions will lead to an immediate ban from Trinity Curated Wellness.
