Welcome to our FAQs, where you'll find answers to common questions about our services, packages, and everything you need to know about Trinity Curated Wellness.
What is Trinity Curated Wellness?
We are a holistic wellness space offering a curated blend of services which can be personalised to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We are about helping you find balance, renewal and growth, through longevity-focused therapies.
Where are you located?
We are located on the Ground Floor of Thomson House, at 18 Thomson Street South Melbourne.
What services do you offer?
We offer group classes such as yoga, Pilates, breathwork and meditation, hot-cold therapy in our bathhouse, an LED lounge a signature glow facial and a rotating suite of resident therapists to deliver functional medicine, holistic health coaching, kinesiology, reiki, massage, nutrition advice and more.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are from 6am-8pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday, but special sessions or appointments outside these hours may be available on request. All classes and appointments must be booked in advance via our website.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! We offer gift vouchers for any amount or for any package.
What is your code of conduct?
At Trinity Curated Wellness, we are dedicated to fostering a respectful and inclusive space for everyone. We honour all bodies—regardless of shape, size, colour, or ability—and we expect the same level of respect from all our patrons and staff. By attending our space, you agree to uphold this commitment, treating every person with dignity and care. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour, whether verbal or physical, will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Consent and respect are at the core of what we do, and no one should ever be touched without their clear, expressed permission. We also have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or sexual behavior. Any such actions will lead to an immediate ban from Trinity Curated Wellness.
Can children attend Trinity Curated Wellness?
Children aged 12 and over are welcome to enjoy our wellness space, but any guest under 18 must be always accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are required to pay for entry and are responsible for the supervision and care of their children throughout their visit. Once you turn 18, you’re welcome to experience Trinity Curated Wellness on your own.
What does the ‘Build Your Own Membership’ package include?
This package allows us to customise your experience by working with you to select the classes and therapies that best suit your individual goals and preferences. Please contact us at hello@trinityco.com.au and we will guide you through the process!
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of wellness-focused classes, including mat Pilates, flow yoga, strong flow yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, guided meditations, ‘Breathe and Bathe’ sessions, qigong and candlelit sound baths.
How do I book a class?
You can book a class through our online booking platform or by emailing us directly on hello@trinityco.com.au.
What other types of appointments do you offer?
We offer sessions for hot-cold therapy in our bathhouse and sessions in our LED lounge, both of which require booking ahead via our website.
We also offer one-on-one consultations for the following services, all of which can also be booked via our website: signature Trinity glow facial, functional medicine consultation, holistic health coaching, kinesiology, reiki, massage and personal training. Just go to the Services tab to peruse what’s on offer and follow the easy booking selections.
What is hot-cold therapy?
Our bathhouse facilities include a traditional sauna (83°C), a cold plunge (6°-8°C) and a warm magnesium infused bath (40°C). Hot-cold therapy refers to the rotation between the dry sauna heat, cold immersion and hot bath which boosts circulation, supports recovery and reduces inflammation, improving your overall wellbeing.
Bathhouse sessions are for 45 minutes and are communal for up to four people.
Who are the experts at Trinity Curated Wellness?
Our expert team of rotating resident therapists includes functional doctors, nutritionists, kinesiologists, health coaches, reiki practitioners and skin specialists who work together to provide holistic care for Trinity clients. Please see our Services page for a list of all of these partner services at any one time.
How do your experts create personalised wellness plans?
We offer consultations to understand your specific goals. Our experts then design a customised plan that addresses your needs from a holistic perspective.
What should I bring to my class or therapy session?
For classes, we recommend comfortable workout clothing and a water bottle. Towels and mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For therapy sessions, everything you need will be provided.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of group classes, hot-cold therapy or LED sessions by participant: Any single session cancellation made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session will not incur any penalty, and the session may be rescheduled. If a participant fails to cancel or reschedule a single session within 12 hours of the scheduled session start time, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Cancellation of specialised appointments: For specialised appointments such as medical consults, kinesiology, reiki, massage, facials, health coaching or personal training with any health professionals at TCW, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.
Do you have parking available?
There is plenty of metered street parking available on Thomson and Moray Streets, as well as Eastern Rd.
