A Spring Reset
"If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant."
(Anne Bradstreet)
By the time spring arrives, a lot of us are already looking ahead to the summer break. This year has been busy.
In fact, you’ve told us it’s been VERY busy. You’ve navigated challenges, carried a lot, and your energy may be running a little lower than you’d like.
But spring offers a natural moment to reset.
At The Reset, we believe there’s something powerful about paying attention to the seasons - and using the shift into spring as an invitation to emerge, reconnect and look ahead. We also believe these moments are better when we experience them together, in community.
Spring is a chance to notice what’s beginning to shift. To reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have gone quiet over winter. To listen more closely to what we need, and to consider what we want to make space for as our energy begins to return.
On Sunday 4 October, join us for a restorative afternoon of reflection, grounding, mindfulness and gentle self-inquiry.
Through guided coaching exercises, reflective journalling, somatic practices and meditation, we’ll create some space beneath the pace and pressure of everyday life - to check in with ourselves, take stock of where we are, and explore what we’d like to carry into the months ahead.
We’ll also introduce a practical tool to help you understand your current capacity, energy and emotional needs, so you can move through the rest of the year with a little more clarity, intention and lightness.
Think of it as a chance to stop, take stock, and welcome the new season - together.
