Know Your Cycle
A Women's Health Education Evening with Dr. Rebecca Mackenzie-Proctor
Tuesday 13 October · 6:30pm · Trinity Curated Wellness, South Melbourne
Complimentary · All are welcome
In honour of Menopause Awareness Month, we're opening our space for an intimate evening of education, open conversation, and genuine connection. We've welcomed Dr. Rebecca Mackenzie-Proctor — Fertility Specialist, Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon at Stellar Fertility in Fitzroy — to guide us through the things every woman deserves to understand about her own body.
From menstrual cycle literacy and hormonal wellbeing to perimenopause and the menopause transition, this session has been thoughtfully designed to meet our community wherever they are. Whether you're deep in your reproductive years, feeling the early shifts of change, or simply curious about how your hormones shape your energy, mood and health — this evening is for you.
What to expect: A guided talk covering menstrual health, hormones across different life stages, and the menopause transition — followed by an open Q&A with Dr. Rebecca. Come as you are, bring your questions, and leave feeling more deeply at home in your body.
