Living in Rhythm
Relationships don’t move in straight lines.
Energy shifts.
Emotions change.
Desire rises and falls.
And yet, most couples are taught to relate as if nothing ever changes.
Many women learn early to override how they feel, especially around their cycle.
To push through fatigue.
To soften their truth.
To stay steady when they’re not.
Many men, too, are taught to hold it all together.
To stay calm, capable, and consistent, even when something inside them is asking for space or depth.
But we are not static.
And relationships are not static.
We are living systems.
Two people moving through inner seasons, side by side.
What This Workshop Is
Living in Rhythm is a one-day, embodied workshop for couples who want to understand themselves and each other, more deeply.
It offers a grounded, practical introduction to cyclical living, with a focus on how the menstrual cycle and inner seasons shape:
Communication
Emotional needs
Intimacy and desire
Energy and capacity
Relational dynamics
Through simple education, guided embodiment, and gentle relational practices, couples are supported to slow down, listen more closely, and develop a shared language for change.
This is not about fixing each other.
It’s about learning to recognise rhythms, and respond with care.
The Experience
The first half of the day blends education and embodiment, helping you understand cyclical patterns in a clear, relatable way.
The second half opens into a softly held, temple-style space where couples are guided into attuned touch and massage. Partners will learn gentle womb massage techniques to support women who experience pain or discomfort, and to deepen attunement to her during this inner winter. Women will also learn how to offer loving, intuitive touch, supporting their partners in seasons where they, too, may need care.
You’ll learn how to offer grounded, respectful touch that supports:
Emotional openness
Nervous system regulation
Deeper intimacy
Inner winter phases
You’ll leave with a simple take-home practice you can return to again and again.
Why This Matters
When cycles are misunderstood, couples often fall into:
Miscommunication
Resentment
Emotional distance
Confusion around desire
Feeling unseen or unsupported
When cycles are understood, something shifts.
There is more patience.
More context.
More kindness.
Less fixing.
More understanding.
This Workshop May Be Supportive If…
One or both of you sometimes feel misunderstood
Communication becomes strained at certain times of the month
Emotional labour feels uneven or unspoken
One partner feels they are “holding more”
The other feels unsure how to support
Intimacy fluctuates and you don’t have language for it
You want tools for navigating change without blame or withdrawal
For Men
This space is deeply welcoming of men.
Rather than asking you to analyse emotions or “get it right,” the workshop offers a clear, grounded framework for understanding cyclical change, both in your partner and in yourself.
You’ll leave with:
Language
Context
Practical tools
Greater confidence in how to stay connected
No performance. No pressure. Just clarity.

FAQ
Is this workshop sexual?
No. While we explore intimacy and touch, the space is grounded, respectful, and consent-led. All practices are guided and optional.
Do we have to share with the group?
No. Most of the work is done privately with your partner. Group sharing is always invitational.
Do we need prior experience?
No. This workshop is designed as an accessible introduction with clear guidance throughout.
What if one partner is more interested than the other?
This is very common. The space is designed to meet both partners where they are, without pressure to perform or agree.
What does the touch practice involve?
Guided partner touch focused on the belly and lower abdomen, offered as a way to support relaxation, safety, and connection.
Is this relevant if I no longer menstruate?
Yes. While the menstrual cycle is a key lens, the inner seasons explored continue beyond menopause and remain deeply relatable.
About Dani
Dani Gonda is a body-based practitioner and facilitator working at the intersection of embodiment, intimacy, and relational awareness.
Her work supports individuals and couples to better understand emotional and relational patterns through the body, with a particular interest in cyclical rhythms, nervous system regulation, and conscious touch.
Dani’s approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply human. Drawing from somatic practice, relational inquiry, and hands-on bodywork, she creates spaces that are calm, respectful, and quietly transformative.
Alongside her private practice, Dani facilitates workshops and group experiences that bridge education and embodiment, offering tools that can be integrated into everyday life and relationships.
