Mat Pilates
Build strength and sculpt your body with our dynamic mat Pilates class. Designed to enhance core stability, muscle tone, and overall body conditioning, you’ll move through precise, controlled sequences that target key muscle groups and improve posture and balance. The room may be gently warmed at times to support mobility and comfort, depending on the season and the day - creating an environment that always feels just right for your practice. Suitable for all levels, this class offers an effective and empowering way to strengthen, tone, and energise your body.
Flow yoga
Experience the fluid practice of Flow Yoga. This class links breath with movement, guiding you through a series of poses that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a balanced practice in which poses are held for slightly longer than our Strong Flow class. This slower mindful practice energises the body and calms the mind, leaving you refreshed and centered. In Flow, the sequences can vary from class to class, offering a creative and energising experience each time.
Strong Flow Yoga 27°
Take your practice to the next level with heated Vinyasa Flow. This dynamic class takes place in a room set at 27°C, enhancing flexibility and deepening muscle engagement. The warmth encourages detoxification through inner heat while the flowing sequences promote strength, balance, and mental clarity. Meditation
Connection and belonging are some of the most beautiful experiences we can have as human beings. However, in order to connect with the world outside of us, and to experience it in its entirety, we must connect with our internal world first. All are welcome to come as they are, to connect back to their core. It is in stillness that we often find aspects of ourselves, or answers, we have been seeking. In these meditations you will find your way back to kindness, and to surrender into acceptance of self and others.

Using a combination of healing instruments like crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, this deeply relaxing experience is designed to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of inner peace. Modern Qigong

Breathe and Bathe
Hit the reset button with our Breathe and Bathe combo on Saturdays at midday with Jarrah Volpe. This 45-minute session starts with breathwork coaching to clear your mind, energise your spirit and maximise your capacity for an invigorating cold plunge, followed by the contrast of warming rituals. It's the perfect way to recalibrate your energy and boost your wellbeing.
Mellow Stretch
A deeply restorative, floor-based session designed to unwind the body and calm the mind. This slow, incremental practice focuses on full-body stretching, mindful release, and deep relaxation — ideal for those who sit for long periods, train intensively, or simply need to reset after a busy start to the week.
Expect gentle hands-on adjustments, soothing sound bowls, and an atmosphere that invites stillness and renewal. Suitable for all levels, including pregnancy.

Step into the Tone Zone with Will every Friday at midday. This dynamic, Pilates-inspired class zeroes in on your abs and glutes to sculpt strength, build stability, and leave you feeling energised.
