Mat Pilates
Build strength and sculpt your body with our dynamic mat Pilates class. Designed to enhance core stability, muscle tone, and overall body conditioning, you’ll move through precise, controlled sequences that target key muscle groups and improve posture and balance. The room may be gently warmed at times to support mobility and comfort, depending on the season and the day - creating an environment that always feels just right for your practice. Suitable for all levels, this class offers an effective and empowering way to strengthen, tone, and energise your body.
Flow yoga
Experience the fluid practice of Flow Yoga. This class links breath with movement, guiding you through a series of poses that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a balanced practice in which poses are held for slightly longer than our Strong Flow class. This slower mindful practice energises the body and calms the mind, leaving you refreshed and centered. In Flow, the sequences can vary from class to class, offering a creative and energising experience each time.
Strong Flow Yoga
Take your practice to the next level with dynamic Vinyasa Flow. This energising class builds strength, flexibility and balance through continuous, breath-led movement. During the cooler months, the room is gently warmed to support deeper muscle engagement and ease of movement. Meditation
Connection and belonging are some of the most beautiful experiences we can have as human beings. However, in order to connect with the world outside of us, and to experience it in its entirety, we must connect with our internal world first. All are welcome to come as they are, to connect back to their core. It is in stillness that we often find aspects of ourselves, or answers, we have been seeking. In these meditations you will find your way back to kindness, and to surrender into acceptance of self and others.
Sound bath
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds with a Sound Bath. Using a combination of healing instruments like crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, this deeply relaxing experience is designed to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of inner peace. As the vibrations wash over you, the gentle sounds help clear your mind, reduce stress, and support emotional balance. Perfect for all levels, a Sound Bath is an ideal way to unwind, recharge, and feel completely restored.
Mellow Stretch
A deeply restorative, floor-based session designed to unwind the body and calm the mind. This slow, incremental practice focuses on full-body stretching, mindful release, and deep relaxation — ideal for those who sit for long periods, train intensively, or simply need to reset after a busy start to the week.

Guided Contrast Therapy
Step into your weekend feeling clear, calm, and recharged. Guided Contrast Therapy is a 45-minute guided session that blends intentional breathwork with the rejuvenating power of contrast therapy—moving between our 80°C traditional sauna and 8°C cold plunge pool. Led by an experienced breathwork facilitator, this class supports your nervous system, deepens your connection to breath, and builds your resilience. Whether you're new to cold water or a seasoned bather, this six-week Saturday series is designed to meet you where you are. A beautiful way to cultivate clarity, energy, and calm—one breath at a time.
Yin and Sound
Soothe your body and settle your mind with Yin and Sound - a meditative class that combines long-held, floor-based stretches with the therapeutic resonance of crystal bowls and chimes. A seamless blend of Pilates precision and Barre inspired sculpting. Expect focused core engagement, lengthening lines and controlled lower body strength work designed to enhance stability, tone and body awareness.
