A morning of connection, intention and inspiration

By Trinity Scarf

Last Thursday, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming around 60 guests from Women in Property to Trinity Curated Wellness for a morning dedicated to connection, restoration, and the kind of conversations that matter.

Co-hosted with Fortis Development Group and generously sponsored by Redpath Partners, the event brought together an incredible group of women working across the property industry. The space was buzzing with energy from the moment our guests stepped through the doors - a reminder that when you combine the right people, an intentional environment, and a shared purpose, something truly special happens.

Why this event mattered

At Trinity, our guiding pillars - Balance, Renewal, Growth - are more than just words on our studio mirror. They’re the foundation of how we design our spaces, curate our services, and host our events. For this gathering, we wanted guests to experience these principles first-hand.

In my welcome speech, I shared a little of my own story:

After 25 years in corporate life, I realised I was speaking about ‘balance’ far more than I was living it. The rituals that helped me reconnect - breathwork, movement, stillness, cold immersion - became the heartbeat of Trinity. I created this space to be beautiful yet welcoming, curated yet inclusive. A place where you don’t have to look a certain way or know the lingo to feel like you belong.

Avalon Nethery from Fortis expanded the conversation into the myriad of ways that wellness can inspire the places we create.

The experience

Guests were split into two groups, rotating through:

  • Rooftop Breathwork with Jarrah Volpe, our Head of Breathwork, where the morning sky and fresh air set the tone for deep, intentional breathing.

  • Mindfulness and Sound with Tara, one of our lead facilitators in corporate wellness, guiding guests into stillness through restorative soundscapes.

These sessions were a condensed taste of what we offer daily at Trinity, designed to leave everyone feeling both grounded and energised.

Wellness for modern teams

The Women in Property event also gave us the opportunity to share more about our Workplace Wellness offering - from off-site sessions and resilience programs to corporate memberships. We believe businesses are at their best when their people feel their best, and we’re proud to be working with organisations who want to lead the way in wellbeing for modern teams.

Events at Trinity

While our day-to-day focus is on our members and individual clients, events like this are a growing and vibrant part of Trinity Curated Wellness. We host:

  • Industry and networking mornings like Women in Property

  • Wellness workshops and retreats aligned with the seasons

  • Private celebrations with a wellness twist

  • Corporate team days designed to inspire, connect, and recharge teams

Whether it’s six guests or sixty, our approach is the same: create an experience that blends intention with beauty, and leaves people feeling better than when they arrived.

A heartfelt thank you

Our gratitude goes to Women in Property, Redpath Partners and Fortis for championing this collaboration - and to every guest who joined us. The conversations that morning reminded us why we do what we do.

If you’re curious about hosting your next event at Trinity - whether for your team, your clients, or your community - we’d love to talk. Because the right environment changes everything.
