From the Andes to the Heart: A Pathway into Renewal

Earlier this year, I returned to the Sacred Valley, walking in the presence of my teachers and the sacred Apus (mountain spirits) that have long guided me. Standing before the snow-capped peaks, I felt myself breathing with the mountains, remembering the ancient wisdom of the Andean medicine women, and receiving blessings that reawakened knowledge carried across lifetimes. That journey will forever be in my heart, and I am so honoured to now share these teachings at Trinity Curated Wellness through my Shamanic Cacao Ceremonies, beginning with this Equinox portal.

The Equinox is a time of balance; day and night equal, light and shadow dancing as one. It calls us to reflect this harmony within ourselves: to release what no longer serves, to shed old layers, and to plant seeds for the life we desire to grow.

In ceremony we will journey with the Spirit of Cacao, a gentle, heart-opening ally that softens the mind, awakens the heart, and guides us effortlessly into the wisdom of our soul. Together, we will move through the Chakana medicine wheel, reflecting on our cycles of growth, release, and renewal.

As an offering to the Earth, we will co-create a flower mandala, a living prayer woven with beauty and intention. Each petal, each gesture, becomes a thread of gratitude, anchoring us into the cycles of nature and the wisdom of Pachamama.

My hope for this Celestial Wings of Renewal Equinox Ceremony is that you leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and as if you have stepped into a sacred sanctuary, a brief yet profound retreat for the soul.
