Trinity Circle is our member rewards program. It's built around the things you're already doing at Trinity, showing up to class, booking your monthly massage, shopping our retail range, bringing a friend into the fold.

There's nothing to sign up for. If you're a Trinity member, you're already earning.

We track it automatically.
Your points build in the background through the Trinity App and WellnessLiving.

A few actions need claiming.
Google reviews and Instagram shares are verified manually, simply claim them through the Leaderboard.

Once you hit a tier, pick the reward that feels right for you.

Trinity Circle has four reward tiers. Points build toward each one, and you choose what you’d like when you get there.

TIER ONE — 1,500 POINTS

A Trinity Tote or Cap

Made to be worn out into the world, from your morning coffee run to your next class.

TIER TWO — 2,500 POINTS

A Curated Seasonal Retail Gift

A hand-picked selection from our retail range, refreshed regularly.

TIER THREE — 4,000 POINTS

Bathhouse & Treatment Credit

Three guest passes to share the Bathhouse experience with someone you love, plus $50 credit toward a treatment.

TIER FOUR — 6,000 POINTS

Roots & Branches

Our most personal reward. Nominate a local business you love and we’ll purchase a voucher worth up to $100 on your behalf.

Roots & Branches, In Detail

At Tier Four, Trinity Circle becomes something bigger than a reward, it becomes a way of celebrating the small businesses our community already loves.

How it works:
1. Nominate a local business through a short form.
2. Tell us the business name, contact details and what it means to you.
3. We review each nomination against a simple checklist.
4. Once approved, Trinity reaches out directly and arranges a voucher on your behalf.

Tracking Your Points

Your progress lives in the Trinity App and the WellnessLiving Leaderboard, so you can check in any time.

Points never expire.
There's no rush and nothing to lose.
Redeeming a reward only uses the points you spend.
Anything left over keeps building toward your next tier.Example: if you have 2,200 points and redeem a Tier One reward (1,500 points), you'll still have 700 points sitting toward Tier Two.
Points are personal. They're linked to your individual membership and can't be transferred, shared or combined between accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign up for Trinity Circle?
No. If you're a Trinity member, you're already earning points.

Do my points expire?
No, your points stay with you for as long as Trinity Circle is running.

How do I claim my Google review or Instagram points?
Head to the Leaderboard in the Trinity App, find the activity, and claim it. Our team verifies these manually before points are added.

What happens when I redeem a reward?
Only the points used for that reward are deducted. Everything else stays on your account.

Can I give my points to someone else?
Points are tied to your individual membership and can't be transferred or shared.

How long does it take to reach my first reward?
It depends on how you engage, members who attend classes regularly, book their monthly massage and join the occasional Spotlight Session tend to see their first tier come together over a few months. Check your live progress any time through the Leaderboard.
