At Trinity Curated Wellness, classes aren’t about squeezing as many people as possible into the room. They’re about creating the right conditions for you to connect with your practice – supported by expert teachers, in intimate groups that allow for personalised care and meaningful progress.

1. Variety that meets you where you are 
From dynamic flow yoga to restorative yin, toning mat Pilates to grounding breathwork, and deeply soothing and restorative practices like sound bath and meditation – our schedule is designed to meet your body and your mood, no matter the day. 

And then there’s our signature Breathe and Bathe class – a unique experience that blends guided breathwork with hot–cold therapy in our Roman-inspired bathhouse. It’s an invigorating reset for both body and mind, and something our members and regulars particularly enjoy due to the shared journey in a small group and the great vibe facilitator Jarrah Volpe generates. 

2. Small groups, personalised attention 
We keep classes intentionally small so our teachers can give tailored guidance and thoughtful adjustments. This makes every session safer, more effective, and more meaningful. It also fosters a sense of belonging – familiar faces, shared progress, and the joy of being part of something together.
