Getting to Know... Kat Bozikas

Front of House Co-Manager | Market Devotee | India at Heart

If you've been into Trinity lately, chances are you've already met Kat. Warm, grounded, and genuinely enthusiastic about this space, she's the kind of person who makes a room feel a little more settled just by being in it.

Kat joins Trinity as our new Front of House Co-Manager, bringing a natural gift for hospitality and a deep personal connection to wellness. She's a long-time mover - yoga, Pilates, whatever the day calls for - and the kind of person who books a six-month trip to India and comes back changed. She landed at Trinity not by force but by letting go, and she'll tell you herself that it arrived exactly when it was supposed to.

Here's a little more about Kat, in her own words.

One wellness habit you can't live without?

Movement. Moving my body daily is non-negotiable - whether it's yoga, Pilates, or a long walk. I'm endlessly grateful for what it does for my mind and how I show up for the rest of the day.

One thing you've learned in the past year that you'll never forget?

To trust the process. To stop trying to control outcomes and let what's meant to be, arrive. That shift in thinking is what led me here to Trinity - and I couldn't be happier about it.

What's your guilty pleasure TV show or movie?

One of my all-time favourite films is Practical Magic - and the sequel is coming later this year, which I am absolutely counting down to.

Go-to weekend activity when you're not working?

Markets, friends, family, wine and cheese in the sun. And I can never resist a good bathhouse session. It's all about balance - I work here, after all.

Best vacation you've ever been on?

In 2015 I spent six months travelling through India and completely fell in love. Having the luxury of time meant I could stay longer in each place - really get to know the people, the culture, the texture of daily life. The magic there is unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else. I went back in 2019 with my mum, and we made it to the Taj Mahal. That one's staying with me forever.

Go-to comfort food?

Roasted potatoes - my absolute all-time. And I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food. Not necessarily together, but I wouldn't rule it out.
